Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a contract between you and Roeder Marcelino Zulueta ("Rallyr", "we", "us") governing your use of the Rallyr app and services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using Rallyr, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract to use Rallyr. Rallyr is for personal, non-commercial use.

2. Your account

You're responsible for your account and keeping your password secure. Provide accurate information, don't impersonate anyone, and don't create an account for someone else. One person, one account.

3. Community guidelines & acceptable use

You agree not to: harass, threaten or abuse others; post nudity, sexually explicit, hateful, violent or illegal content; create fake profiles or misrepresent yourself; solicit money, scam, spam or advertise; share others' private information; use Rallyr unlawfully; or scrape, reverse-engineer or interfere with the Service. You can report or block any user; we aim to review reports within 24 hours.

4. User content

You retain ownership of the content you post. You grant Rallyr a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store and display your content solely to operate and promote the Service. You're responsible for your content and confirm you have the rights to share it.

5. Subscriptions, billing & refunds

Rallyr offers Pro and Elite subscriptions and one-time purchases (Boosts, Super Likes).
Paid plans may include a free trial; if you don't cancel before it ends, you'll be charged.
Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Manage or cancel anytime in your account or app-store settings.
Purchases via the Apple App Store or Google Play are billed by, and refunded by, those platforms under their policies. Other purchases are processed by Stripe.

6. Safety & your interactions with others

Rallyr does not conduct criminal background checks and does not verify the identity of all users. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other people, including in person. Meet in public places, tell a friend your plans, and use common sense. We are not responsible for the conduct of any user.

7. Termination

You may stop using Rallyr and delete your account at any time (Profile → Settings → Delete account). We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or other users.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee you'll find a match or partner, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rallyr will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD $100.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Rallyr harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or the rights of others.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms and will post the updated version with a new date, notifying you in-app for material changes. Continued use means you accept them.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales, Australia, unless your local law requires otherwise.
