This Privacy Policy explains how Roeder Marcelino Zulueta ("Rallyr", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Rallyr mobile app and related services (the "Service").

By using Rallyr you agree to this Policy. You must be 18 or older to use Rallyr.

1. Information we collect

You give us:

Account info — name, email, password (stored hashed), age and date of birth, gender.
Profile content — bio, sports, fitness level, training days/times, goals, gym, and photos you upload.
Messages & content — messages you send in chats and sport crews, reports you file.
Payment info — handled by our payment processor (Stripe); we receive limited billing details, not your full card number.

Collected automatically: location (with permission), device & usage data, IP address, crash logs, and a push-notification token (if you allow notifications).

From connected services (only if you connect them): fitness apps (Strava, Apple Health, Garmin, Google Fit) and sign-in providers (Apple, Google, Facebook).

We do not collect data from anyone under 18.

2. How we use your information

Create and operate your account, profile, matching, crews and chat.
Calculate distance and enable location-based features.
Process subscriptions and purchases.
Send service messages and (with consent) push notifications.
Keep Rallyr safe — detect fraud, abuse and fake profiles; enforce our Terms.
Provide support, improve the Service, and comply with legal obligations.

3. How we share information

Other users — your profile and content you choose to share are visible to members. Your exact location is never shown — only distance.
Service providers — Supabase (database, auth, storage), Stripe (payments), push-notification and crash/analytics tools, and an AI provider for in-app support, all acting on our instructions.
Legal & safety — to comply with law, enforce our Terms, or protect users and the public.
Business transfers — in a merger, acquisition or asset sale.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent. You can edit your profile anytime, delete your account in Profile → Settings → Delete account, and control location & notifications in your device settings. For other requests, contact support@rallyr.co.

5. Data retention

We keep your information while your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete or de-identify your personal data, except where we must retain limited records for legal, security, fraud-prevention or accounting purposes.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures (encryption in transit, access controls, row-level security). No method is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. International transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, with appropriate safeguards where required.

8. Children

Rallyr is strictly for adults 18 and older. If you believe a minor is using Rallyr, contact support@rallyr.co and we will remove the account.

9. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy and will post the new version with an updated date, notifying you in-app or by email for material changes.
